Founder & CEO
Usman Raza Jolaha is a Pakistani entrepreneur, community builder, strategist, and media practitioner committed to advancing youth empowerment, innovation, and national development. As the Founder and CEO of AI Ready Pakistan and Founder and President of Volunteer Force Pakistan (VFP), he has built platforms that equip young people with leadership skills, technology education, and opportunities for civic engagement. Through conferences, capacity building programs, and nationwide initiatives, he has connected thousands of youth from diverse backgrounds, fostering collaboration, entrepreneurship, and meaningful social impact across Pakistan.

Fatima Tahir is a strategic leader in youth development, artificial intelligence, and innovation, dedicated to empowering the next generation through education, leadership, and industry collaboration. As Country Director of Volunteer Force Pakistan and Senior Vice President of AI Ready Pakistan, she leads nationwide initiatives focused on AI education, entrepreneurship, workforce readiness, and youth engagement. She has trained and mentored hundreds of young professionals while connecting them with industry leaders, career opportunities, and emerging technology ecosystems.
